We are currently seeking a Commercial Contract Manager (x|f|m) for the Commercial Excellence Team in BPS division based in Göttingen (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales organization with reviewing and responding to revisions to commercial terms in defined sales contracts.
These contracts will consist of framework agreements, MSAs, service agreements, supply agreements, general terms & conditions, term sheets etc. You will also serve as the interface to Sartorius Legal Affairs & Compliance to ensure that Sartorius Group legal and compliance requirements are met.
The Commercial Contract Manager will be responsible for securing compliance with the relevant sales contracts and assuring the initial setup, revision and documentation within the defined process.
